Casa Rosa is a hillside farmhouse situated in the countryside about 1 km from the medieval hilltop village of Gualdo.

The house lies at the end of a ‘white road’ 200 metres from the main road. It is peaceful, secluded and surrounded by farmland and trees.

The house has magnificent views over the valleys towards the medieval village of Gualdo and the Sibillini Mountains, which are snow capped for much of the year.

Gualdo is situated between the mountains and the sea in green and undulating countryside where the most prominent features of the landscape are ancient towns built on top of every hill.

This typical town is built of mellow red brick with a central square and at least one beautiful church from which lead steep and narrow streets.
