The house is set within 1500 metres of land and is situated in the rolling green hills and fields at a height of 650m.

The house enjoys lovely views of the countryside from the terraces and the large swimming pool. The apartment is on the first floor with the interior decorated in the Italian style and has all modern comforts.

The first floor apartment is accessed via the outside stairs, opening into a large cool entrance hall:

A spacious, light airy room with three windows with double French doors leading out to the terrace with a gas BBQ, garden table & chairs and lighting. All windows and terrace offer splendid views of the countryside, Sibillini mountains and the hilltop town of Gualdo.

Dining:

Large table and chairs capable of seating eight people.

Fully equipped kitchen with full size electric oven / grill, 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, range of overhead and base storage units, centre island with storage under, toaster, Gaggia coffee maker, full range of saucepans, pots, cooking utensils, knives, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.

Bathroom:

A luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower area, hand basin, toilet and bidet.

Bedrooms 1 & 2:

Large airy rooms of equal size, both with a large double bed and two windows overlooking the pool or Sibillini mountain range, ceiling fan, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3:

Smaller room with window overlooking the pool and Gualdo, large single bed (4ft), and chest of drawers.

Hall:

There is a large guest book and video library and a 2 seater sofa.

The apartment is completely fitted with fly screens to keep mosquitoes out for your own comfort.

Entertainment:

Audio tape player, CD, radio, stereo system, TV, video player, free wireless internet connection.

Suitability:
